The Trimble®Tablet for Construction is a rugged, versatile and fully connected handheld computer for heavy and highway and marine construction professionals. Now you can truly connect your office to the construction site. By incorporating a cellular modem, laptop, GPS and controller, Trimble has drastically advanced in-field computing and eliminated the gap between office design and field implementation.
This easy-to-use Trimble Tablet allows construction professionals to make design changes in the field, connect to the office for on the spot approvals and communicate changes to field crews. From the field, to the truck cab to the office, users stay connected and work faster. With instant email access and data synchronization from the construction site, there is no more delay associated with driving data updates to and from the office and field.
Trimble has simplified in-field computing and eliminated the need for multiple costly devices. Combine the Trimble Tablet with Trimble SCS900 Site Controller Software to stay connected, work faster, reduce downtime, improve return-on-investment and increase productivity.
SCS900 Optimized for the Trimble Tablet
Trimble SCS900 software takes full advantage of the features of the Trimble Tablet. The widescreen 7″ sunlight readable screen and retractable interface sidebar give the user the choice to display the map on the whole screen or to view satellite or total station information and have one-touch access to all the options they require associated to the task they are performing. Large buttons, dialog boxes and touch screen keyboard characters make the Trimble Tablet simple to use with gloved fingers.
The Trimble Tablet connects wirelessly to the SPS series Total Stations and GNSS Receivers. If your task doesn’t require high accuracy GNSS, just use the Trimble Tablet’s internal GPS with SBAS corrections.
